Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse recently issued a public statement in response to the California judge’s dismissal of the class-action lawsuit related to XRP. He emphasized that all claims in the lawsuit have been rejected and reiterated that this ruling will not change the previous decision by the New York court XRP not a security.

Garlinghouse believes, ” information about XRP is released, it can be used by users. Several news media outlets have mis on the dismissal of the XRP class-action lawsuit. This is a significant victory as resulted in all damages claims raised in the class-action being dismissed, and there were no changes confirm that XRP is not a security.”
According to him, one plaintiff did not directly purchase tokens from Ripple cannot explain whether he saw any relevant statements at the time of purchase. He criticized those these lawsuits as opportunists seeking profit.
