Donald Trump’s close assistant and former political advisor Roger Stone clarified that the former president and his son Barron were not involved in the DJT meme coin.
Prior to this statement, there were rumors that DJT, based on Solana, a meme coin, had been circulating for about a month and had received official recognition from Trump.
As speculation becomes a more mainstream topic in the cryptocurrency space, Stone commented on the issue on X (Twitter), stating:
“[Donald Trump] and his son Barron were not in any way involved in DJT.”

Stone’s rebuttal came shortly after well-known businessman Martin Shkreli was accused of financial fraud.
Regarding Barron Trump’s involvement in the project, he said:
“We completed [this project] on [Barron’s] computer. He was responsible for managing the procedures… We chatted for 10 hours every day last week.”
