Today marks an important milestone in the field of cryptocurrency investment, as VanEck has officially resubmitted its application for an Ethereum exchange-traded fund (ETF) with the S-1 filing.
Although VanEck has already outlined its fee structure in previous amended filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), this formal filing is a procedural step to transfer responsibility back to the SEC, which will review these documents and potentially approve them.

According to the information, the form was returned with some minor comments, and the issuer was asked to remove and resubmit by August 8th.
Investors and market observers are eagerly awaiting the submission of the remaining documents, expected later today, with the exception of Bitwise, which submitted its filing last week.
The first S-1 just came in today from VanEck. Expecting the rest of the day aside from Bitwise, which finished last week.
