Fundstrat research chief Tom Lee said that Bitcoin (BTC) investors are expected to see significant returns.

Lee, known for his bullish stance on Bitcoin, claims that the digital currency is on track to reach $150,000, representing a more than 130% increase from its current price of $62,600.

This forecast may surprise cryptocurrency holders, who recently experienced a downturn after reaching record highs of just over $73,700 at the beginning of 2024.

Additionally, Lee attributed the sell-off in part to concerns about the disbursement of owed funds by Mt. Gox – the crypto exchange that declared bankruptcy a decade ago.

However, he predicts that the impact of these disbursements will diminish, leading to another significant rally for Bitcoin later this year.
