Ben Armstrong Arrested in Florida
Ben Armstrong, known in the crypto community as BitBoy, has recently been arrested in Florida, creating waves throughout the digital currency space.
On March 25, 2025, Armstrong was taken into custody for allegedly sending threatening emails to a Georgia judge. This latest incident adds to a growing list of legal troubles, further tarnishing his reputation within the crypto world.
Authorities detained Armstrong in Volusia County, where he remains without bail. The arrest stems from emails he allegedly sent while representing himself in a legal matter, which led to charges for “Fugitive from Justice.”
As of the latest reports, he is still being held in custody. Armstrong’s legal issues are far from new, as he was arrested previously in 2023 following a dispute with a former business partner over a Lamborghini, which was controversially broadcast live on social media.

Before his latest arrest, Armstrong had openly discussed the warrants against him on social media, claiming that the charges stemmed from his actions as his own attorney when he sent emails to a judge.
The incident has raised concerns about influencer conduct and its impact on the broader cryptocurrency industry, especially regarding the accountability of public figures and investor protection in the rapidly evolving digital asset space.
