Kraken cryptocurrency exchange co-founder Jesse Powell announced that he has donated $10,000 to Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, with the majority of the donation provided in the form of Ethereum ().
Powell stated that he is pleased to join other leaders in the cryptocurrency community in the only major party candidate who endorses cryptocurrencies in the 2024 presidential election.

Trump is considered a proponent of cryptocurrencies as recently he announced accepting in cryptocurrency for his campaign and stands out for everyone. He claims that tokens mined in America could be leaders in cryptocurrency field.
However, he not presented specific policies related to this industry, and this issue was not addressed during his first term against Joe Biden.
